hey do anybody know how to turn off? I did diag test and there is no fi codes but thiinkin the red light keep draining my battery.... anyb help would be apreciated
the red key light is just your security light if the bike isn't started in a while the light goes out by itself, but if its draining your battery in that short amount of time, then your battery maybe bad
thanks for reply and it was a big help.....for some reason the key light wont shut off it stays on...
at the rear seat there are 2 wires, if you disconnect them it will shutdown all electrical of the bike including the immobilizer thus saving your battery...
I went on a 10 days holiday earlier this week and left the immobilizer on... got my batt drained down thus had to jump start the bike.... to add salt to an open injury, my bike charging is bad... so I ended up pulling out the battery and send it to a shop for charging...
i now started to disconnect the 2 wires everytime I dont plan to ride the bike for more than 2 days... just to be safe...
