I went to 16/44 on standard chain and it just fitted ok and was a lot better then standard gearing. Still no where like my honda blackbird i had before it,but the sound makes up for that.I had a cbr600rr from new when they came out,first small bike i have had, and i would say the performance is the same.Still getting to grips with mine , i think its the right amount of power for the road and feels fun and noise great,not slow but wouldnt say they are fast by todays bikes,who needs it,fast enough for me.
