rear spocket removal

hi guys does any 1 know how to undo the rear sprocket nuts, as you cant stop the back nut from spinning as there is no access now i cant tighten them up either i was changing the 42 for a 44 tooth 4 a bit more umph:eek:
 
Have you got the sprocket off the wheel? If not, it just pulls off out of the rubber thingy's. It's a bit stiff though. Then to get the carrier bolts out you can put an allen key in the end of the cylinder and hold the key in a vice, or if you haven't got a vice then use a bit of old carpet on the garage floor to protect the sprocket teeth and stand on the allen key whilst hauling on your spanner on the carrier bolts... No doubt everyone will now shout at me for doing that, but it worked :)
