PLEASE HELP!

I needed a rear seat as I lost mine somehow (It was in the garage a few weeks ago)
I ordered a couple of seats for my RSV1000 Factory (Mk2 model)
The guy reckoned it was for the Mk2 RSV, so I bought the 2 he was selling (One red and one black)

They arrived and don't seemed to fit (although it looks close)
The number on them both is 110273 and whenever I search for this number online it brings me to the 2004-2008 Mk2 RSV rear seat.
Mine is a 53 plate Mk2 Model (very early Mk2)
Can anyone shed any light on this please?

Pictured is my seat hump in the middle, with the 2 new seats either side

hiya bud yes the 2 outside deffo look different compared to my y reg 2001 seat .........

That's a good start.
Mine is the Mk2 RSV10000r Factory.
It's a 53 plate but the twin exhaust, angular model.
Is there 3 different types then?

I think u got differences in the different model years

01-02
03-04

could be wrong but i od know the tail uit was slightly revised between the earlier and later models how many revisions though I am not sure.........but I reckon it won't be long before someone will tell
 
It seems (from another forum) that the seat unit was modified in 2006, including a new rear seat.

Cheers for the replies guys, i've now managed to buy one for mine.

I've got 2 pillion seats for a 2006 RSV/ Tuono onwards then.
One is red, one is black. Both are new. Red is mint condition, Black has a small mark, from storage.

They'll be on ebay soon, any takers before hand?

I'd be looking at about £45 for the red and £40 for the black.

Prices are delivered and cover what I paid for them.
