Got a 1098 master cylinder to fit, just need to get a slightly shorter hose with different end sorted. Mounts the same.

Ok. So I went ahead and found a Shiver's, went through all mounting and bleeding system. Spent a lot of time because first time doing that ever but that's ok. Had my haynes manual and forum winter mod link page help (thanx)... Well the rear braking action is... weak
Brake pads are new. brake fluid is new.wondering what may be the cause... I bled exactly how Haynes says... ???
