re sleeving exhausts

Anyone know of anywhere I can re sleeve my akrapovics ? preferably in Colchester/essex
 
do Akrapovic exhausts separate easily into there respective parts? or are they fixed/welded internally?
 
You can easily drill the rivers out ...and break them down into seperate pieces not sure if the perforated tube is welded or not
