Mate try and get hold of some JB WELD it comes in a two tube pack, strongest adhesive you will find. Resistant to oil petrol etc as well as extreme temperatures/pressures. I repaired a hole in my mille's l/h rad up near the top mounting bracket. Been fine ever since.
You can bend it back preaty easily 
, just insert a flat screwdriver in and slowly turn it.
You just have to be carefull that you apply the force to the right spot, otherwise you will tear of the outlet.
And it doesnt have to be perfect, athough you can get there, just as much that it will seal good against the rubber hose.
