we have a a radiator shop here too, if its ali it wont fix, the heat blows holes in it, there is a 2 part chemica metal we use will find out what its called its the muts nuts for small nicks to the fins..
Mate try and get hold of some JB WELD it comes in a two tube pack, strongest adhesive you will find. Resistant to oil petrol etc as well as extreme temperatures/pressures. I repaired a hole in my mille's l/h rad up near the top mounting bracket. Been fine ever since.
These rads can be repaired pretty easily by the right people, they are aluminium alloy and as the guys above say can be repaired by using a good metal compound.

It doesn't have a hole. One of the outlets that the rubber hose connects to is bent halfway close. I'm thinking about getting it cut off and having another outlet welded on.
