Does anyone have a cheap rack / luggage plate for a Mille?
Basically, I've volunteered / joined SERV to be a bloodrunner and need a way to safely / easily / quickly secure a exterior blood box (these are about 30 cm / 12 inches cubed. weighing up to 5 kg).
I've seen racks on eBay, but don't really fancy paying £80 :dowhat for one - I've already donated £20 and about £50 in fuel (we don't get fuel / expenses back, no pay etc).
Does anyone have one they'll sell reasonably cheap?
Also, I was thinking of converting my pillion seat to do the same thing (taking the padding off and mounting a plate) - so if someone has a cheap seat or could help me make up the plate / fixings? Again, I'm happy to pay - just bear in mind it's for a good cause (I'm not making any profit etc).
I'm UK based, in Cambridgeshire and will travel for the right stuff. :thumbup
