Guys, I've been trying to fit a set of these, got the left side on and it's fouling the fairing side panels which won't line up, seems like the cutout in the bung isn't machined deep enough anybody else had the same problem? Or am I being a knob?

This is what I've got on Gareth - come and have a look at mine.

Had no problem with mine mate, went on fine although I have taken them off after a couple of weeks and fitted R&G's, so will sell them shortly. No fault with the others but got the lowers chucked in when I brought the uppers and infills.

mine fitted fine until i over torqued the first set trying to get to 50nm like the engine bolts they replaced!
just use a spanner & socket to tighten it until it is snug otherwise inside the bobbin is damaged.

each bung has an alloy base that is L/R side specific
when fitted correctly the panel should fit the cut out so that there is room in the cut out to move that panel forward when removing it.

if this still doesn't work give them a call, the owner is very helpful.
good luck
