Quick question........seat cowl ??

As I`m just about to collect my new baby tomorrow, I`m just wondering if the 2010 model came with a seat cowl as standard, or not ?

The dealer reckons they haven`t done so since about 2006, but I just want to make sure (as you do.... :yes)
 
not standard issue wi the R models, cannae say fur def re the Factory types
 
I would guess that it'll be an 'extra'. I'd be trying to get one thrown in if I were you. :yes

theres often oot there tae buy oan the usual Ebay , jist a case o findin yer colour. New ones frae Aprilia are a stoopid price so best avoided.

What colours yer T again?

Mine`s Diablo black rico, or "hard as nails" matt-black, as I see it LOL : )
 
My 09 T bought new last year didn't come with a seat hump or a 15t sprocket (I did ask the dealer first). I bought a s/h hump off ebay for about £40, same as in daveC's link.

Okay mate, again, many thanks for the info.

It would appear then that the dealer IS being straight with me, and the later models weren`t supplied with the cowl ??
 
Maybe worth checking the seat cowl is complete.
I paid over £80 for a new seat hump off a dealer, and only got the glass shell.
Luckily it was to replace a scratched cowl that pinged off my bike when I was riding it and it got scratched to buggery.
 
As I'm a tad thick just what seat cowl fits an 04 Tuoldo. There are at least three different yins that I have seen on fleabay and all say fits the T
 
watch oot on the gen 2s as weel as the rubbers are slightly diifferent positions on some cowls so they can rattle aboot rather than a snug fit. I had tae ditch the rubbers from my carbon one and squeeze in the ones from the original tae hget it tae fit right.

Cowl also has a handy wee cubby hole wi a lid fur haudin yer small bits an bobs therefore doublin the load carryin abilities o yer average Tuono..........
