is it only ver slight mate??

if so this is normal ..its just the pneumatic slipper clutch pulsing from the induction stroke of the engine ....if its pretty fierce then there a white one way valve just 4-5 inches away for the inlet manifold on the right hand side oif the bike that maybe faulty.....

let me know how you get on!!
Cheers

If after checking out Griffs recommendations all is well then it could be your clutch release bearing on its way out.

Just a suggestion, don't go tearing in to the bike.

Where are you in the country/world, someone technical may be near you and be able to offer you assistance?

Top man and cheer's fella, yeah I'd say it's slight,I'll check out the valve as I'm on holiday this week, nice one.
