I have a grin from here to there! I am the proud new owner of this absolute peach!!


APRILIA rsv millie 1000cc sports bike. full service history. mint. low miles. | eBay

She is an absolute beauty and I cant wait to get her insured and get out for a blast! Its my forst ever litre bike and my first ever twin so I have absolutely no idea what to expect. All I imagine is that there is going to be a lot of poke under my right wrist and Ill need to take her steady. Any tips?

Depends on what you have had before, twins can seem a bit jerky at low revs, but there's no sudden powerband to deal with.
Just enjoy grunting out of corners at 5000 rpm !
5000 miles in ten years, amazing how some bikes never get used......

Picked it up and just got it home! It's the most gorgeous thing I've ever seen and heard. I can't wait to get it ready for a blast. Is perfect!

i am new to the online forum thing, i just got my dream bike, 2001 rsv mille r. traded my ford pick up for it. i'm glad i did.
 
even thou my one turned out to be a bit of a dog , i love it!!!
fantastic design and you feel much more special riding this than my ole gsxr's !
