Hello all, i've decided to convert my RSV mille, into a Tuono racing and I need some help!

Has anyone got any pictures or can explain how the wiring loom is routed to the front of the bike? especially that big loom right hand side of the bike that goes behind the headlight, is it routed under/over the bottom yoke etc?

heres my work in progress so far:

The parts i've bought so far as follows:

Radial Clutch master cylinder
Radial Front brake m/c (both of the later model rsv factory)
Tuono racing front fairing
stock tuono side panels/air intakes
Hel braided hoses brake/clutch
Tuono 2008 throttle assembly + cables
Top yoke + bars

Just waiting for the postman :dunno

I'll have more updates with pictures as I go along, can't wait to take it on track!!

thats perfect mate, spot on, thanks for those fella.

I'm convert it as I prefer the riding style, after a couple of injurys my wrists can't take anymore either, plus I started biking riding naked bikes, and after my last spill I don't see the point in big fairings anymore, cost loads to repair etc, naked street bike is the way to go imo.

Little update, had the radial clutch and brake master cylinders turn up yesterday, together with some black levers, think they look quite nice personally.

I also had the new throttle turn up, suppose to be off a 2008 Tuono as mine had some damage, Thought the cables would be longer but it turns out there the same size as the RSV's, so just needed to be routed differently :S

New front fairing bracket bolted on, the loom around the front is a mess so will have a tidy up before the fairing goes on (hasn't arrived yet anyway)

Got a question though, im not sure how to mount the reservoir's for the clutch and brake? any ideas, I could get some brackets made up but not sure whats the best way to mount them...

Few pictures, its starting to take shape now.
