Power socket usb placement?

Afternoon All,

Looking for somewhere to wire in a USB power socket, I want to keep it neat and fairly hidden.

I was thinking about mounting it in the nose cone but I don't know where to wire it into.

This is on a 2011 Tuono v4r, so no accessory wire hanging around?

I just wired mine to my parking light. Although mines a V2 should be the same setup. Power only comes on when ignition is on and goes off when you switch it off. No worries about a flat battery that way and has a fuse so worst case would be a blown parking bulb. Cable tied it to the side of the instrument cluster so nice and neat and easily removed.

All fitted now, I was going to do exactly what you have, But instead I have just fitted an inline switch and connected directly to the battery, Its nicely tucked away on the Forks under the top yoke.

Just have to make sure I either unplug the device or turn the switch off when the bikes not running.
