I have just got a RSV Factory 07 and it has a power commander on it which I have no instructions for so firstly what does it do and secondly does anyone know how to use it ?

is it connected? you can tell if it is by looking at the green lights that run up n down when revving
if they are then it should be mapped for your bike & you need do no more, the basics of a p/c3 are
to smooth out the flat spots thru the rev range & give quick & smooth response, if no lights on
when engine started you need to do as above & get a down-loadable map, best bet tho, dyno time
& get it mapped to suit your pipes,
all these beasties run different so dyno best bet

Yes it's all connected thanks to you both had a look online and I think I'm there now lol
Just a quickie m8, do not press any of the buttons on this unit
or you will lose the mapping! 1st hand experience being a numpty
