BEING A BIG KID MY THOUGHTS ARE NOW TURNING TO CHRISTMAS AND WHAT I CAN PUT ON MY LIST TO TREAT MY ITALIAN TOY , ANYONE HAD ANY EXPERIENCE OF INSTALLING A POWER COMMANDER I'M INTERESTED TO LEARN IF MY BABY MIGHT ENJOY A LITTLE FINE FETTLING(OOOHH ERRRR).BE INTERESTED IN ANY COMMENTS.:biggrin

Easy enough to fit. Need to take a few side bits off and the tank bolts but not so bad. Hardest part is securing the unit under the rear seat.

MAte you know it makes sence CARBON ARROWS CARBON ARROWS CARBON ARROWS CARBON ARROWS CARBON ARROWS :THUMBUP

fitting no probs used to fit alarm systems but do they improve the performance in any significant way ,by the way I have twin evo pipes already so thats off the xmas list..:confused

HAve a chat with Don or Andy at southern cross, just give them a call. I asked them about one when i purchased mine they suggested not:confused

PC

I have a pc3 usb fitted to my bike (04 Factory) it was on when I bought it, the bike was cutting out sometimes when rolling off the throtle, I mentioned this to the dealer who disconected the PC and its been fine since, Make up your own conclusions

a professionall y installed PC111 will sort your fueling, esp higher gear low rev fueling(ie in town etc) well worth it for most peeps!. Csarbon cans will eventually come aprt(in my experience) go for titanium, it dosent rust or degrade in the sun.
Loadsa mods to spend yer money on, initially I would go for open airbox, PC111, race exhaust and a suspension set up

I have one on my TL, makes a world of difference with a good map, but it is of course only as good as the map you put in it. Get a custom one done up on a dyno by a good tech and you should see a big improvement:)

The map was the correct one
Leo Vinci high level titanium cans
Its just that the bloke I brought the bike off excepted it when it was fitted
he went back a couple of times then decided just to get used to it :jack
having to remember too keep throtle slightly open when pulling up a junctions
was a pain in the ***, so I had it disconected will have it set up properly in the spring

It's something thats going to be done over the winter period with a bit of time on my hands
