Pirelli Rosso or Strada Anyone?

Hi there. I am wondering if anyone out there has much experience with Pirelli Diablo Stadas or Rosso tires, and if so, what do you think?. I commute quite a bit(probably 1/3 my miles) and the rest comes from fun riding. I do need a tire that can get some decent mileage however I still like to dig into corners and drag an occasional knee. I've been doing some research and these two tires keep coming up(along with diablo Corsa 3's). Any opinions would be appreciated! Thanks!

welcome buddy.
cant say from experience as im on my 1st set of tyres on my mille, and theyre vridgestone 014's,(very good btw and wearing well) but corsa 3's are very popular on here along with michelin pilot power 2ct's.
i would say theyre the 2 most popular tyres for the mille in this country.

I have just come back from Germany on a touring trip, we were all on Suzuki TL's but some had Racetecs, some had 2CT and 1 had Avon Storms, we encountered all types of weather from 35 deg heat to hailstones, I regularly asked Storm man how his hoops were performing they did not miss a beat, he even managed to drag knee on occasion.

Race quality rubber is a bit of a waste of money in my opinion now, bet he get 8,000 out of his rear, this guy commutes to

id gladly take an half and half,as johnny says, good mileage and a good all round tyre.
we get alot of wet/damp roads in the u.k,and theres not really a bad tyre these days.
im a confident, fast rider, with no chicken strips on my tyres but i doubt id feel/achieve the benefits of racetec/race rubber tbh.

Each to there own but corsa 3's every day of the week for me, use them on the road and track and i love them actually, a small amount of *** wee comes out when i feel how well they grip on fast knee down swooopers!!!!!!!!
