Just got fitted a pirelli corsa 111 rear tyre. 190-50.
It replaced my old corsa tyre, also a 190 section. I noticed that with the old tyre, it sat very close to the chain. With this new tyre there is a big diffrence, giving loads more clearance.

I also changed chain and sprockets to 16/44 with a 525 chain.

I noticed that my forks where sitting almost flush with my top yoke, (probably explaning why the bike was so reluctant to drop into corners) I therefore dropped them through the yokes three segments showing.

I also changed oil and filter while I had my rubber gloves on....oooooaaaarrr..

next on the list is brake pads and sparkplugs..next payday!!!!!!

since making the changes, I have only ran the bike over to the MOT station with shity weather so can't really tell you all how it trully feels, but it did feel a lot livelier. I'll let you know how much a diffrence it made when I get a proper run at it.

fantastic forum guys....keep it up:thumbup

Good luck with changing the plugs, the front ones are a pain in the *** to change :D

Also, every two years, its recomended to change the brake and cooling fluid, if your already working on the bike :)
