Or do as I did and just remove the whole thing wiring and all and re-join the original wires.
Its a simple job and should take an hour or two max.

Should help you fix it, or at the very least bypass it. It's got both fitting and removal instructions. You might be able to override the alarm if you've got the card that came with it and google the instructions.

irate much better to just bin the whole thing and rejoin the loom.:thumbup

Less joints in the wiring so less to go wrong in future. It's technically the best solution bar getting a new loom, however it's also the most labour intensive
