Saturday gone, my back tyre kept deflating itself as the garage didn't put a new valve on when they renewed my rear tyre the other week, so I had to go and have that changed - just before it started raining.
Then, last night I get about 20 miles from home with my Bro and a mate - for my Bro to tap me on the shoulder and point to my can at a set of traffic lights. The bloody exhaust can hanger bolts had both done a runner somewhere leaving the immense weight of the standard can being suspended by the exhaust system!
So I had to nurse the bike back to his house to put a temporary bolt in there.
Here's the relevant Question, what spec are these bolts please - the 2 which held the hanger where allen head affairs, but I used an M8 or similar bolt. I don't want to order from Aprilia for a fiver each, so what should I shop for at Halfords / B&Q ? Allen / normal bolt and length please guys.
