basically you have it hosted somewhere so it lookes like this

you then put that into a code which is like this
[img}http://photobucket.com/weeksy59/pic1.jpg[/img}
However change the } for a [ and a ]
it will then post the pic.
As long as it's the correct format, you're on your way.
Try it, if it fails i'll tell you why.
If you mean "how do i post a pic on my computer as a file" then you want to open a photobucket account and host the pic on there.
Alternatively, email to me and i'll put it up for you LOL.

You've already got pics on here Bitter. I assume you have pics uploaded to a hosting site. All I do with botofukkit is hover the mouse arrow over the pic and it then puts a little menu at the bottom. Its usualy the bottom link code. Click that and it copies it. Then paste it on the post. Or just right click on the photobucket pic, copy etc. If for instance you want to put a picture of Tevez's neck on that you found on tinterweb you will have to copy it to your computers first then upload it to Photobucket. City fans eh :lol
