Don't believe anything you read in that rag most of what goes in it is anti biking and lies, have a look at the pic it looks like all the bikes have wires going to them! you telling me that they have all been on optimates since 2002!
All quotes annoymous, pictures could be from 2002, and why would Foggy know or care where any petronas bikes were he screwed them for millions and was laughing all the way to the bank unlike the people that worked for him.

So to sum it up Foggy is a cnut!

Wires could be heaters , foggy would care because its publicity for him and that means money ,yes he is a female *** organ ,mcn prints lies??? dont agree fully on that one there are some good factual points raised in mcn like the licence problems with dvla and bike reviews which are subjective i will grant you . to say its all lies is utter crap imo my friend ...

Questions and remarks, answers or discussion welcomed

1 :why would each bike be on heaters for 8 years?

2: Why would Foggy care about this publicity ? its not like he has made any money from it, unlike the FP1 race project

3:not really a question but an observation, The so called DVLA licence fiasco a few dozen people out of thousands have had problems, its nothing new it happended to my dad over 30 years ago.

4:When have MCN ever done an unbiased review? if there is the chance of testing a Ducati it will come out on top no matter what class of bikes they are testing.

5: Take back Wales campaign how did this help biking in anyway shape or form? thousands of bikers causing grid lock etc, the only people that read MCN are bikers so nobody that witnessed the mass of bikers descending on Wales would have had a clue what it was about.

6: And finally MCN campaigned for years to stop the TT then they are all over it like flies on **** saying how they brought Rossi over and how much they love it etc.

And as for the Reclaim North Wales rideout,well........

1) most of us don't ( well didn't) get any hassle anyway,it's mainly just the tossers who come in over the summer w/ends and treat the place like a closed roads race track that get grief.

2) The ***** Brunstrum had already retired and his equally stupid deputy walked as well.

3) The riders up at the Ponderosa probably set back biking 50 years at least,I personally witnessed several local car drivers being loudly verbally abused just because they were trying to get down the track to their houses...NOT GOOD

4) MCN publicised the ride but did nothing to try and alleviate the problems it caused to any/all of the local population. Plus, as has been said nobody except MCN readers knew anything about it,I would hazard a guess that thousands of families out in their cars all over N Wales never mind the official route would have had their day out ruined and decide to never come back.

5) as for the license thing,been going on since the days of the red book license long before the DVLA started cocking things up,they lost my m/cycle cat back in the middle '70's. Fortunately I had a photocopy,so just assume that as a government agency they WILL f**k up and keep your own proof...Job Done.

What MCN should have done was ran a campaign to boycot Wales, then when all the local cafes and tea shops etc started to loose trade, then something might get done about it.

did they say whereabouts in essex?
i don't tend to read mcn but i do live in essex!

Nick you're missing the point a bit mate............there wasn't a problem at all,I don't know of anyone that had any hassle from the local plod,it was really blown out of all proportion by the tossers at MCN.

I rarely go into north wales so have never had a problem, if like you say MCN have blown it out of all proportion then its like I said in my first post most of what they print is made up.
Agree with what you said all they managed to do was set biking back 50 years.

All they print is doom and gloom, anyone would think they were anti biking.

Did anyone read that crap where they said manufacturers are set to build bikes with sealed and tamper proof engines with sheer bolts etc. what a load of crap.

Anyway seem to have gone way fftopic here, If I wanted a petronas bike I would just buy a KTM and paint it green looks the same and equally as bad :nana

Remember being at WSBK AT Silverstone a few years back, the Foggy Petronas bikes were a laughing stock. :jack They were getting wasted by almost everybody on not far from stock GSXR's etc, fecking ***** they were, what a waste of money!uke

heaters for moisture protection

any publicity is good publicity

dvla problems have been highlighted and a result has been achieved by sending old licence back.

rsv factory came out top in the handling stakes this week NOT A DUKE (if they lie they would have fixed that )

the point of the ride out in wales was to give the police food for thought and its still on going .

cant comment on last one dont remember anything about it ??

finally i think foggy is a prick in person (yes i have met him) great racer though in his day .

we are gonna have to agree to disagree on this as we both obviously think the other is talkin *****.

Dehumidifiers are used to control moisture not heaters

Bikes would have been stored in a climate controlled enviroment, so no need for individual heaters thats just stupid.

Aprilia RSV voted best bike by readers nothing to do with MCN staff, just means more Aprilia riding MCN readers took the time to vote.

You still haven't answered how Foggy would have made money out of this.
