Hi there,
Looking to get some new paddock stands as my others are knackered, anyone used biketek stands with their Mille? Any good?

Anyone recommend any others?

Also what's your preference on front stands under the fork or pin under the yoke?

Cheers

Hi Shunt,

I would recomend moto GP stands, wnd under the headstock for the front. I have both front and rear in stock, they should retail at £130 pair but I will do them for £115 + £6.99 post, let me know if your interested.

Cheers
Mark

I had a Biketek rear that collapsed, had just got off track & didn't have the strength to hold it up, was highly embarrassing, but v. funny for the observers, being pinned down by the bike in the garage at Cartagena.

MotoGP gear is pretty good, few mates have them, Mark's prices look a bargain too.

Cheers for that does the Motogp front headstock fit under the fairing okay on the 2002 mille as ive just been told the biketek version presses on the underside of the plastics...

Are these the premium Moto gp stands?

My favourite circuit do you start off through the bends at marholm? Only problem is the odd horse seems to appear from nowhere:)

i dont make plans i just end up somewhere lol

i like the oundle benefield one too and the melton colsterworth one in fact the roads are pretty dam good round here for a bike like the mille

Sorry to crash your thread fellas, any chance of showing me some routes round there next season? I'm moving down to South Witham in a couple of weeks (my missus is from Stamford originally) so will be prowling around the roads down there. Always looks a bit flat compared to Northumberland but seems to be some pretty fast flowing roads so looking forward to it!

Cheers

Yes mate no worries this is my first twin so should be used to it by then, the roads near stamford are pretty good and not too flat :)

Dont buy a motrax front stand absolutetly ***** , about as secure as balancing bike on a fekin expansive jelly. In fact motrax stuff is all ***** full stop .We live and learn but usually the learning bit costs money.

Abba is brill but not so good for track days due to the extra hassle of fitting to the bike, i use harris kit which is the biz, and an Abba for more secure work in the garage.
