Paddock Stand Alternatives???

Mate. Either get yourself a front paddock stand - very useful at tyre changing time as well - or hang it off a roof beam in your garage - if it's strong enough.
You could use axle stands with the Abba but you've still got to get it up on them.
I picked up my front stand for 18 quid off Ebay second hand - well worth getting one.

Mark , how about Abba stand to get it pivoting about centre then jack under cases ( with a piece of wood between of course) at front.

Thats how I do it with the Sv, never tried it with the Mille tho' but should work.

How did you get on with the Alphacam crack ?

Bit of a thread hi-jack this, but as it's your thread anyway:thumbup

The "setup.exe" file they are referring to will be part of the legit copy ( you would have to install this first)

Don't know how Alphacam's protection works ( probably dongled ?)

On EdgeCam the only file you need is a "Client License Server key" this is just a small file that you use to overwrite the file of the same name in the original (legit) install.

On most crack's I've used there are usually 2 or 3 files, one is the altered file,then usually an instruction on how to install it ( usually written in pidgen english ) and sometimes a little logo and telling you who did the honours of reverse engineering the crack.

If you were looking for a complete independent cracked copy bear in mind it would probably be DVD length and the cracker would probably want you to buy it.

This is the usual way,install a demo/works etc copy, then just apply a small mod to overwrite the inbuilt protection .

Another thing to bear in mind is that different issues ie V1, V2 , etc will need different cracks applied. So you have to match the correct versions.
