Owned it one week. Ridden it once. **** myself once!

Loool! Had mine a good while now and still need a nappy at times.
(cold tyres ) If your coming from a normal inline 4 to one of these, take your time to adjust. I found it hard to switch my rider brain from ZX6R mode (revving like mad all the time sun or snow) to Ape mode at first.

Blimey, Not sure I need it any quicker! I'll need to buy new pants first!
Just had a couple of hours out on it on dry roads. What a difference. It was wonderful! I took it for MOT the other day in the wet, first ride (the scenic route). Should've done the short route coz I scared the life out of myself. Too much torque for a virgin in the wet!
Anyway, just now was very different. Spent a while getting the feel & took a route I know well. It was great & I really like the way the power comes in (& keeps comin & comin)! It's a much less stressful ride than having something screaming its pistons off underneath you!
Riding position will take while to get used to as well, my wrists & forearms are a bit achy, back is killing me! Couldn't care less tho! Have a smile like I did when I actually lost my virginity!
Bla bla bla.... thanks for listening. See you on the road !:thumbup

Got a lot of miles under my belt since I posted this thread. Feels like mine now. Amazed how easy & light it is to ride.
A bit hard work around town but I've got some new sprockets to go on & change the gearing slightly. Have gone for 44t rear & 16t front. Should make a big difference.
Loving it:thumbup

And how do we make them quicker ? Lol I'm finding mine a bit lumpy around town will doing a sprocket change help and what you recommend thanks guys all new to me the v twin
