I know there's been a lot of talk about ride outs over the past few weeks/days on here but just to prove Rs3mille wrong put your hand up (so to speak) if you're gonna be out and about this weekend and prove that there are more than 3 mille riders who ride all year round.

The weather looks like it's gonna be half decent on Sunday so I know i'm gonna be blasting round the lanes where I live. Anyone else?

Where you live :dunno, wouldn't mind a ride out an meet newbies for an hour or two if its not too far :confused:thumbup

Hi,

East coast - Very east coast in fact sunny Great Yarmouth. Think thats about the 140 miles mark from you, a little too far this time of year I should imagine?

Would have made it if it wasn't that far m8, like you say its quite a way and weather's a bit un predictable for later on sunday so maybe later in the year if we can get a group together we will meet up in your home town :thumbup, been a while since i went yarmouth . Skeggy's nearer maybe you could pop down the coast when we arrange something :thumbup. Thanks for the offer though m8 :thumbup

Interesting you should say Skeggy steve usually go to NCN there either April or Oct anyone else go ? Maybe good do for a meet up at some time.

Been out this afternoon....roads semi-dry, however had to return after a mile as the bike felt like it had a new hinge on the swing arm.....VERY low pressure in the already 'slick' rear tyre...daft bugger that I am...pumped up and away....well sort of...another mile down the road the heavens opened and the dry grease on the road started getting rather nasty...So did about 12 miles very gently ( not much fun when you've got all those horses to play with) and back to the garage. No electric blanket though just the smell of exhaust wafting into the house from the internal connecting door!!! Smashing, the smell of soon-to-be-here summer weather! Mind you I guess I'm still a big ***** as the temperature was a mild 11 degrees.

I got all excited there for a mo...then I typed Gt Yarm into Map Point..= 166.1 miles away:scared. Would love to go if it were closer mate! Thanks anyhow tho:thumbup

Went to a couple of skeggy bashes fordy, went camping on one weekend and what a laugh ... bloody cold though as we booked a site almost on the beach, wind howling and slept in me leathers :scared. Mate of mine set his tent up and the supporting rod to his tent collapsed so it was like he slept in a shopping bag flapping in the wind :lol:lol:lol:lol.

Looks like a solo blast this sunday , if it aint pi~~ing down . Bloke told me today they are using liquid molases in the salt this year to help with the salt so i guess thats why everything is so black and tar like :dunno, lovely stuff :mad1 what next :confused treakle and golden syrup :yumyum:yumyum:yumyum:yumyum:yumyum:lol:yes

going out on sunday:dunno might pop up to see little1uk for a xmas cuppa:thumbup

Not been out for a while on the thumpa twin so i'm missing the buzz and rumble too much to miss out on a ride , i'll get the jet washer ready for when i get back to wash off the molases :confused

No problem mate will sort something out, perhaps a meet up somewhere around Lincolnshire or maybe this ride out at Newark in Feb. are you going to that?

Do you ever get over to Hunstanton? It's a fair size bike meet on Sundays mostly in the summer. They let the bikes park on the seafront and they quite often have bands on. Anyone up for a blast out to Hunstanton in the Summer?

Sunny Hunny ay, not far for me mate so count me in :thumbup:thumbup
if we meet there we can do the coast road to Cromer mate and ya half way home then :thumbup:biggrin:thumbup
