Hello all, a brief intro. Now in my forties, had motorbikes on and off since my twenties. Several years ago i injured my eye which left me blind in one eye, so i decided to quit with the bikes, i was riding a Tuono at that time. Anyways, a few months ago i thought what the hell, and went out and bought a 2001 RSV R. Having had a number of years getting used to only having one eye, im much more confident than i was all those years ago, just need to be more careful, more alert. Getting back on the bike took some balls, got a bit fed up with folk telling me how dangerous bikes are, especially for me!!!, made me a bag of nerves. Anyway, a month on im riding fine and enjoying it, the bikes great. As its an older bike, i thought i would join the forum, read up, get some hints and tips.
