will the old rsv site ever come back its not the same dont know why just isnt
The disks are with the data recovery people as we speak.
If succesful it will all come back and the only thing that will be lost is Jensens Bank balance. Ouch
yep, seems propper f&%ked to me as well
endless nights trawlin Af1, aaahhhhhhhhh the old zone, she was good, we had history there

some new blood isn't always a bad thing.
At times the very populated sites can become a slagging fest and Af1 has had it's share of that. I stopped visiting when that happened.
The zone had already lost a few good guys for that reason pre crash. While the crash has lost some good people from the site it will likely have it's benefits too.
Whether it sinks in oblivion or not depends on current membership stepping up as Little1uk said.
I have never been one for allegencies so will visit and support them all that i am a member of provided they stay on the right side of sensible.

i prefered the old zone but at the end of the day ***** happened, and this new zone will soon be full of good usefull info for struggling aprilia owners like me and you, i hope the old one comes back though some good info and nice piccies, and some amazing threads.

Tragedy the old sites gone, dont know how many times is tried to log in thinking i had forgot my passoword....however the original site was my total reference point for all the info i needed for my RSV, if the data cant be recovered from the drives, its good to know that the moderaters and members of this forum are dedicated to what they do
One thing that sets RSVzone off from the rest is its so laid back and straight to the point, though the search facility has maybe gone for past threads its a fact that the knowlegde is there and it only a mattter of asking the questions.

Quite a few of the old members still here but there seems little point in starting from scratch in two different places IMHO,unless the zone comes back as was it seems more sensible to me to support Griff in his new venture as the zone was mostly Brits anyway.

Some of the old faces may not frequent the site but it seems to be attracting a lot of new members. I monitored the new members for the last 24 hours and it's over 30.
Whether they will post or not is another matter but all of the rsv related sites are quiet. I think a lot of people may be forumed out and spend less time on them. It does need the data back though and the login issues fixed.
