Right now how do I take that bottom fairing off?

Tim, I had a bump on the head today at work and have amnesia, can't remember a bloody thing about anything.

Hope you didn't strip it down too far? LOL

You know me Al i tend to read the mannual that takes 2 weeks then takes another 3 weeks to digest and to actually do the job takes another 6 weeks.

all easy jobs, you just pull the thingy off then the doodaa follows, the wodya callit a pain in the *** oh and remember you always have 2-3 bolts left over at the end..its the law...:thumbup

remove the side fairings and then remove the two hex bolts above the front cooler grill on each side and then remove the bolt next to the Side stand/Chain. Remove the single bolt by the exhaust and push the piece back in or remove the two on the bottom too for the piece which goes around the exhaust(mine was somewhat kinda incinerated at high speed due to California Evap gas leak on it. not Kidding!). I only remove one bolt from the exhaust area. And then the fairing will easily drop on the floor like a Drunk Latinas bottom in the local Club. lol pull/twist the nose outside to the left ( you might need to change the steering a little bit) and then push the bike with your hip to the left while holding with one hand to clear the kick stand(as in one handed stoppie while skitching lol) so you can free the Fancy Bottom Aircraft Fairing off of the side stand! bending down helps but not necessary if you are a good kicker/soccer player like me! don't cut the cheese while bending down please please save the Ozone! lol it's a way easier with a bike stand however In Bo's ******** ghetto shop we don't have the right toolz! I think that's why it smells a dead rat over here in my Garage! lol have fun and Please do take pictures and don't forget to post them mate!!!!! Good luck!
