oil in airbox

Hi guys dont have the bike to long its an 02 mille, opened the airbox to find a fair bit of oil in there, were is it coming from and is this common

normal to have some!
If its lots it could be the clutch diaphragm leaking.

I did put a new clutch kit in but I didnt replace the diaphragm so that will need replaced, thanks for the reply so fast

I thought this problem came up if the oil was overfilled? Dry sump and many people top it up when it's cold...

I've heard a few people say that a little is normal, mine too has some oil in the air box, how much is usual?

If its not smoking on start up or when your riding its not your diaphragm

the previous owner probably put to much oil in,search the forum there's plenty of links on how to check and fill your oil to the correct levels hope this helps
