Oil & Filter change........please help

Evening all

Doin my first oil and filter change on my mille, can anyone recommend what oil i should use?

Do you need any seals for the filter or do they come with the filter?

Hi Chris,

I would recomend Motul 5100 15w50, I can supply this for £24 + postage including a new filter. Just use the link in my signature for my website, if you have any questions or problems let me know.
