Ohlins spares?

Hi all,

Went to get my suspension set up today, ready for next track day, only to find I've got a leaking fork seal - worse than I've seen before so I've definitely got to change it. That's not a problem, done them before using Suzuki GSXR 2004 seals which work fine and cost less than Ohlins rubbish ones. The issue I have is that matey who was going to set it up says I need new fork bushes too, I've got quite a bit of play in my fork leg - never heard of them but he sort of showed me where they go etc.

So where do I get them from? Do I need Ohlins ones or is there a cheaper (and probably better) alternative?

Cheers.

The suzuki seals have a twin lip making them a bit more durable.
The Ohlins seal has a single sealing lip making them less durable, but with less stiction (seal and piston drag)
Personally I'd stick with Ohlins. It's only about an hour or so to swap a seal innit?
Try harris first, then say Brooks Suspension or Maxton for price comparison...both will machine bushes if required.

Don't start swapping seals until you've tried a seal saver. 7/10 you'll get a fix in 30 seconds :)
