Please can someone tell me what the standard rear shock settings are for a 2006 Ohlins shock? Compression & rebound in clocks and preload in spring length or threads showing. Thanks. I don't think I am not running the standard rate spring so could someone tell me what rate the standard is as I think that might be the one I have in a box somewhere. Also what would be best for a rider of about 12 stone kitted up?

I am hoping I will be able to find the standard Ohlins front fork settings in the Manual as it came with them as standard on my RSVR. These settings would also be helpful i fyou have them at hand. :thumbup

Thanks,
Mark.

I have found all of the settings in the manual for the forks and the shock. Sorry for being so lazy! lol The funniest but is that the manual says that race settings ie 2 clicks more compression and rebound than standard on the road is forbidden by law! lol.

I dont have my manual to hand at the min but I could do with knowing what the compressed spring length is when the preload is standard on the Ohlins shock. Getting the spring changed so would like to get the preload somewhere near before the shock goes back on the bike.

Thanks,
Mark.

Bit pointless IMO Mark as you want to set the static sag once it is on the bike, rear 12-13mm and 25-30mm front

I was planning on setting the static sag but just wanted to get it somewhere near so I didn't have to struggle as much adjusting it with the shock on the bike.
