Hi everyone new on here ! The sun was shining so out came the TUONO (second one ive had) been out five bloody minutes and guess what ? sodding oil pissing out of the sender and dripping all over hot exhaust and causing a sodding smoke screen !!! on came the dredded RED TRIANGLE and pictures of an oil can ! so I called the dealer JOHN CARR of alfreton derbyshire, John was great ! gave good advice and told me to have it recovered to his shop. A quick call to the breakdown service through carol nash and within 30 minutes the van showed up !! bloody brilliant service me thinks ? DAZ the van driver was great took me and the bike to John Carrs and then dropped me off at home !! Hope its a simple and cheap fix cant wait to have her back at home missing her already . Sodding Tuono cant live with it cant live without it . Anyone else out there had same problem ? Regards Tom

duno yet maldroid got to wait while mon to see wot the lads at john carr say ? hope its just the fekkin sensor thats fekked, should be a cheap n easy fix if it is ? pissed off bout missin a good ride out to holmfirth tday , ye m8 been with carole nash for years got multi bike policy never had any probs , however when its time to re-new they always give a ***** quote, just tellem to fekk off ! they always bring the price down to cheaper than the best quote !!

mesel, i,ve been with c.nash fer 12yrs. until i called em this morn, i needed to change bike details, gone from gen 1 to gen 2 factory, ppolicy runs out in 4 weeks, and they wanted £62 to change cover. told em i wasnt happy with that, ***** just asked if wanted to cancel my cover then, no questions, no customer relations, just a smarmy cow. told her to stuff it.
went with mce this aft, great service very polite.
did the same with natwest last month, been a customer for over 30yrs, i queeried the so called breakdown cover they provide, the cow just asked if your not happy you could allways close your account !!!! so i did. 30yrs and thats how they treat you... feckin floppy cocks..
with customer service like that they dont deserve to be in business.

Very true GArry even bike dealers at times dont grasp how you feel makes a huge difference. When looking at tuono's i went to a ducati dealer who had one. Took the wife and kids as the wife has a full licience and rides bikes and the kids are always around bikes. Anyway was told the kids could not come in as there were some "very expensive motorcycles here" I left didnt even bother looking at the bike.

Those kids ur the customers o the future and the sales dude shoulda took them roond the bikes and shown them what its awe aboot. Then theyll mind that when thir aulder.

Agrred Rico. On the other side of the coin we went over to Frazers in Gloucester and were all made very welcome indeed.
Best of it was i emailed the manager of the ducati dealership who called me and said he could not see the issue !!!!

Jesus if my little one damaged a bike in the shop I'd pay to get it fixed so don't really see the issue with kids walking around. If they start jumping on bikes and doing wreckless things then yes tell them to stop but you can't stop kids going into shops. Idiots.
what pricks they are not letting kids into the bike shop ! these kids will be their future customers as Rico put it, anyways to the important stuff ! still not got me factory T back yet, phoned dealer today but he hadn't had chance to have a gander at it so will have to phone them in the morning, well fekked off tday could have been for a ride coz its been bloody georgeous here in sheffield.
