After a superb run out yesterday I noticed my clutch is a heavy to hold at junctions and the bite is quite quick which is ok as I can ride to it's quirks, however I will change the slave over the winter.

Been comparing the two replacements and noticed a considerable difference in price.

Does MPL have and disadvantages over the more expensive Oberon one?

I had the same issue with my clutch after my last run. All I did was bleed the clutch line at the lever and it was fixed.

Personaly I would go for the Oberon, which is actualy cheaper £92 retail for the Oberon (less with discount:devious) and €149 retail for the mpl.

I saw some leak problems about the MPL on a couple of forums including http://apriliaperformance.myfastforum.org/sutra14480.php

I think the MPL 'housing' is made from 2 parts which is the cause of this. The Oberon is one part construction.

It's also worth noting that although the Oberon only appears to have a 12 month warranty they will fix it for free for ever as long as you've not modified it.

Rob :)

Ive discovered why the MPL looked cheap, its on bids on Ebay!!!

Mark, it looks like we need to be having (another) chat lol ;)

Ended £58.00 + £8 p&p

I didnt bid though.

Can you email the other invoice over please Mark. Cheers
