whats the standard weight ohlins rear spring on an 03 R,I think mine is marked 95,& Im about 13 stone kitted up,is this the right spring for me,seems very hard
Your sag should tell you if your under or over sprung (rider sag) but as a guide
the 95nm spring is rated at 542lbs load which Ohlins say is suitable for 12.5 to 14 stone approx.
