Guys, I have just fitted a set 57mm throttle bodies to my road bike (got them on the track bike too and made a big difference!!). I had Griff set up the track bike last time and can't remember what the front and rear cylinder settings should be................anyone know???

Cheers for any help:thumbup

F-1.5 R-3/4 turns out from in..... but will depend on eprom etc but this should get it pretty close ..

Thanks for that buddy but I'm actually looking for the o2 settings through the exhaust bungs, attached to a gas analyser! I think it's around 3% front and 4% rear but just not 100% sure!!!

You want .5 stagger front to rear.(rear cylinder runs hotter) When we set up Sabres 2000 bike it ran best at 3.5 front/4 rear. He has stuck with that since. The later bikes where the ecu controls the co, on map 2 they nearly always come out around that 3.5 - 4% area so it seems a happy setting for an rsv.

although it ran well at 3% and 3.5 it did run hotter and with noticeably more popping on the overrun

Magic Col.....thanks buddy, i thought it was around these figures but just wasn't 100%!! Thanks a lot again, I'll go for 3.5 and 4%............top man:thumbup

Yes Andirsv , will aware of the analyers port's on the header pipes ... if you have a twin system you can use the mufflers to get your gas % readings as well without the risk of wrecking the analyers bolts trying to get them out , Have always checked the air bleed cylinder balance once altering the injector timing others may do thing's differently ....
