Hi all, been site member for years but ended up going away with work and the Gen1 I was buying fell through. So now Im all settled back in the UK I have at last got my hands on an 04 rsv1000r. It needs a bit of loving but nothing too serious just cosmetics and polish (Im a bit picky lol). I have just serviced her and replaced the battery and the dog bone as it was cracking. Just cant wait to get out to Loomies on her. Anyone on here get out to loomies?
Hi w00dzy, how weird is that my nick name is Woody lol. Nice one we will have to meet up for a ride out. Do you get down the Station Cafe in Alton on a Wed night? Thats my normal hang out when Loomies is packed I also get up the hill to Micks burger van. I used to live in Drayton so its kind of where I call home.

Tbh it was my fault but I will tell you about that another time. So ape it is eh. Last year I bought a SuperMoto so I had both my R1 as well. I sold the R1 and had a year with the SM but I have missed the top end rush a bit. So I got an RSV as it was a bargain and I have never had one. Time will tell if I get on with it lol
