Hi Guys

I am heading to Norway in April, leaving UK on 7th and returning around the 21st. I am using the overnight Harwich Hook ferry, then riding to Copenhagen on D1, Oslo D2 then a gentler pace to ride the Atlantic road via Bergen up to Trondheim.

Anyone been that way? Looking for any tips, especially about any ferries I don't know about. Having looked at various maps I can't always tell if it is a ferry, road or tunnel.

Any info will be helpful. At present it is a solo trip but I am open to anyone who wants to tag along.

Sounds like a great trip, good luck with it.
I'm assuming that the thread should be "Norway 2015"?

Hi. The main road from Copenhagen to oslo is the most boring road in scandinvia :). The driving time from Copenhagen to Oslo is app. 7 Ours. From Copenhagen it is a Ferry going from Copenhagen to Oslo (DFDS). It is a Ferry from Helsingør to Helsingborg Takes about 20 minutes, and I am always taking that way. Then if you would like to drive thorug denmark, it is several possibiltyes. You ave a ferrey from Frederikshavn to Ghotenborg, and from Hirtshals to Larvik. Strongly recomend driving to Geirangerfjorden and Trollstigen when you are in Norway. The best part of the antlantic road is from Molde to Kristiansund. Feel free to ask if you have any questions.

Thanks Henning
