OK Guys and Gals, here it is. Friday the 1st of July is the date set for the Run. I have spoken to the Stn Hotel (see first post) and have comfirmed they have 1 x 9 berth bunk room 1x 11 berth 2x6 berth rooms all have mattress, washing facility and brewing facility. Total berths =32. Sleeping bags and pillows can be hired on location. Cost of the bunk room £10 per person per night and £6.50 for a sleeping bag and pillow. Booking the sleeping bags can be sorted on arrival but they would like some sort of Idea before hand how many will be required. So when you confirm to me you want to GO indicate if you want them or you might be without. I have provisionally booked 20 places and need to have that number firm and booking confirmed within 1 week. Therefore you will have to have informed ME no later than Tuesday the 1st of February if you intend to go.. I have to confirm ASAP and send a £100 deposit. I can still book more than 20 if required but I didn't want to take a gamble on pre-booking any more. When you confirm that you are going I will need your £10 bunk fee which will be non-refundable unless someone else takes your place if you can't make it. This can be paid to me via Paypal as a GIFT (so that I don't incur costs)
or by personal cheque.

Don't forget this isn't weather dependant, once booked that's it!
Trust me this is a fantastic location and a really good pub with outstanding food and the backdrop is beyond belief the run for the bikes will be equally as good taking in some sites that can only be described as stunning.
