Well after 37 years of owning and riding bikes i have finally dropped one.
Cant believe it. Just turning it round on the drive and it fell away from me. I managed to hold on to the grip and lay it down rather than a
fall from height but absolutely gutted. (If i wasn't a 50yr old man i would blub like a little girl) :bawling :banghead
Fortunately the money spent on crash protection worked brilliantly. The only damage is a bit of scratching to the paint on the bottom right case cover.
Any body know what color black to spray the case with to get the best match.

Pugs bummer gutted for you

I have always used Hycote satin black for all things semi gloss like bar end weights, horn etc not sure if this would be right for the casings though,

New casing aren't that expensive gaskets are though, and you may get a good return selling the used part on the bay of E.

It's always at the back of my mind when doing push about manoeuvres esp when putting on rear stand , glad to hear it's not too bad ????

I laid my gen 1 same way luckily I did not land on it unluckily the headlight caught the brick pier on the corner of my garage [emoji107]
