Gen1 with the Oz ,ohlins and carbon is an R

Akropovics. They are standard though i think. Sound nice and deep though
Did the factory not have a gold frame, mine is a gen2 with black frame oz wheels carbon and onlins, pretty much the same as above with factory damper and as far as I was aware it was only listed as a rsvr. Are there any other differances to the r and factory?

I was looking at an 06 and that had a gold frame. I thought maybe it was an age thing. Yours does sound similar spec to mine. Has it got factory on it anywhere? Like this.

Factory only had a gold frame for 2006. The rest were black frames. The R's had oz looking wheels but they weren't the forged ones that you got on the factory I don't think..... Also I believe the R's started off with all Showa forks and rears but after a bit the put ohlins on the front but still had Showa at the rear. Here's a pic of my old 04 R. You can see a lot of difference on that!

Not standard at that length they have been chopped ...nice looking ride..prefer these without the gold frame myself
