Nominations:
Nominations will begin on the 1st of every month. Only bikes that have not won within the last 12 months may be nominated. Nominations will take place through-out the first week of the month. Then voting will commence. You cannot nominate yourself.
When making nominations, be sure to include the member's name and a current photo of the bike.
Voting:
Voting will take place on the 8th of every month. Bikes which were nominated will be placed into one thread, and a poll created for everyone to vote in. The poll will close automatically after one week. The person with the most votes wins the prestigous award of RSV of the Month. In the event of a tie, a 3 day sudden death battle royale will take place. If a winner cannot still be decided, I will place the pictures of the remaing bikes at the bottom of my apartment's stairs, and then push my roomate down the stairs. Which ever photo breaks his fall is the winning bike.
