Stourbridge. W Mids.
Thought i`d say Hi , Live in Stourbridge, West Mids,
After 9 years riding a Daytona that i`d converted to a Trick Speed Triple, I have bought a mint 08 Tuono Factory with Akrapovics. 10 months old with 126 miles, just booking it in for its first service now having done 400 in the last week.
I can`t leave it alone, addicted is an understatement, I`d heard thay were good but that doesn`t even come close. WOW, the grin factor was good on my Triumph but now I look like the Joker off Batman! I have just fitted a double bubble Powerbronze screen for a bit more protection.

One question, I have the 15 tooth sprocket in a bag, is it worth fitting?

Thats all for now. :thumbup

Hi Run4it, I have the same model, same year and the move to the 15t is an absolute must. Your grin will then start hurting. Terrific transformation.

Welcome. I've had my 06 Tuono for just over a week now too. I did 700 miles in the first week and absolutely love the thing. I have three other bikes but right now the is the best of the lot. Mine came with the 15/42 sprockets already on so I have no idea what they are like standard, all I know if mine is an absolute hoot to ride.

Hi and welcome, yes the 15t sprocket is a great idea, it makes the bike a lot smoother at low speeds and improves acceleration - makes it a hoot to ride, you will love it!

Thanks for that folks, i`ll make sure the dealer fits it on the first service next week.
