Hi all, after being off bikes for the last five years and really missing everything about the biking scene I've decided to get me another one. Last bike was an immaculate '98 R1. I've had allsorts through the years from two stroke Tzr's, RD's RG 500, 400 pocket rockets and:thumbup totally loved them all, but got rid of last bike for what seemed like the right reasons at the time. I've always had a yearning for something Italian but had always succumbed to the Jap fours later on. However, that's all about to change next week with the collection of a low mileage '04 T, 9500 miles, bright red, Akrapovic single pipe, k&n, airbox mod, most of the things that seem to be the norm amongst you guys . Have been looking around on the site and have already picked up a lot of useful info but am also now becoming a little bit paranoid about things like starting issues amongst other little bug bears. I've had Italian cars in the past and it's true of some of these as having little traits that you get used to in time so I'm hoping it will be the same with my bike. I'm really looking forward to getting back into the whole scene and will definitely be visiting the site on a regular basis as everyone here seems more than helpful to anybody with bike issues, certainly a lot better than some forums I've belonged to. Anyway enough of me waffling on so I'll finish now by saying Hi to everyone.

Greetings & welcome to the forum.
Cracking intro too.
The T does have a few quirks but you'll love the bike.
Enjoy
