Newbie looking for gen 2 please

Hi.
Newbie here who's on th elook out for a gen 2 bike. Needs to be one of the earlier ones please and non factory as I'm limited n funds.

Live in Cambridge so don't fancy the Scottish highlands , I must be getting old as it wouldn't have bothered me in my younger biking days .

Any thing out there please ?

You should get an early gen 2 for 3500 up.

Sorry. I don't know what year they switched over to the gen two bikes . I'll need an ealy one to help keep the costs down.

There was a couple on eBay recently with cat d status, which finished for only 3000 ish , but when I spoke to the owner one of them had no V5 so I didn't want to bid.

So, an early gen 2 bike please, with high mileage or a bit of damage is fine please
