Newbie advice please

Just paid deposit on a 2012 tuono v4 aprc. Only 2000 miles it rides great and looks superb apart from what seems a corrosive appearance to engine and rads. Is this normal or should I be concerned eg do they all take on that look after a while.
Also does anyone know of a small screen that offers just a bit more wind protection for when going quickly !!! Cheers

Mate mine went over winter with 200 mls only not ridden..!! Got it home 200 mls engine nice off white finish...put it away for winter 6 months later and the bloody engine looks like its gone patchy like its rusted under the finish...it's a right mess now and was to claim under the warranty....but after looking at others even new that's stood in the showroom they all go like it.....I found cleaning with autoglym spray polish the white tin with orange label silicon brings it up a bit....

This winter think I am going to spray it with af50 or wd40

Acf-50 definitely.

I used this all the time when I used to ride through the winter.

It's an excellent product.

Spray a little on a rag and wipe it over all exposed metal( not brake discs obviously ) and it will protect your bike from corrosion.

My local dealer brushes the inside of callipers with this stuff when he rebuilds them to stop them getting all furred up again.

Most bikes, Honda included go like this.
Acf or Gt85 is the stuff to use, it does help
