Hi all, new to the forum so go easy with me please. Bought my first RSV Mille as a christmas present and only recently had the joy of riding the beast but im after a little advice please. It has a SP titanium exhaust system fitted and chip that came with it and every now and again it makes a noise like it is over fuelling whilst accelerating. I was wondering what peoples views are on this setup as I was given the standard exhaust and factory chip with the sale also and wondered if its worth while either putting standard chip on or keep the SP chip. Iv looked at power commanders but been quoted stupid money to have one fitted. Many thanks and any advice will be greatly appreciated.

I'd try the standard chip first, if not Google forza aprilia racing, they sell custom chips for about £45 and should be able to sort your fueling out mate

Or go and get the throttle bodies and co levels set up by someone who knows what they are doing

What is the noise you hear?????

Ditch that chip and get an F255 chip done by Gabro here on the forum. TB balancing is also likely needed. I've had the same issue. Running rich.
