Alright guys,

Looking like picking up a New shape Tuono (well, 06-10 model) next week.

Just thought I'd say hello

hello and welcome back weeksy, just been reading through your recent post

Ah the Gen 1 is nice but for me the Gen 2 is pure artwork.

One day I'll have one with twin ******* loud pipes lol

Welcome back.
Did you not frequent the Ducati Sporting Club forum some years back.
Cheers Al

What made you go for another Tuono Weeksy when you didnae gel with your first yin

Nothing new, he has had three superdukes over the years too, Weeksy changes his bikes more times than I change my underwear :yes

And a few R1's I seem to remember from another forum I was on :thumbup

A red 5vy and a red 98 original I think :dunno

I would love to know how many bikes Weeksy has had, I swapped my XT660 with his Tuono 4 years ago. I kept my Tuono until 2 weeks ago.

What is the longest you have kept a bike Weeksy..:thumbup

Until it got toooooooo foookin uncleanable,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,back tae yer hutch mucker.

Longest ownership is about 3.5 years for my first 916. Loved that thing.

Lately though it's been months rather than years they stay for.

I'm currently on my 4th XT660X. Which all things being equal is being sold tonight. I'm then picking up a Gen2 tonight. The XTX has been with me for 9 months, although I've only put 900 miles on it. I've actually put nearly double that number on my gsxr750k7 trackbike this year.

I'm going for the Tuono for a tour/trip to Spa, Germany etc so it's a bit more suited than an XTX. I was considering a Superduke again, but fancy trying something different.

My lad turned 6 a couple of weeks ago. When the wife was pregnant we discussed a new bike, I promised her I'd keep for 5 years... I think we're on bike 35 now since then :)

Blinking eck that's a lot of bikes!!

I am on bike number 7 over 13 years, and two of them were stolen.

Are you gonna keep this one?

Don't answer that we already know :thumbup

Cracking looking machine :bigsmile
