Why "only" 160hp though ? (doesnt the RSV4 have 180 ?) could be a MCN typo, but tiz stated twice.

How meny of you have honestly Riden the RSV'4 and in sport mode Properley' and still alive or NOT BROCKEN . the curent tuono is a handfull enuff at a 160'mph . what the feck are you going to do with 186'BHP and 200'mph + . neckid bike . It wood be a Nacker to ride . I will bet even with 160'bhp . 3/4 of the new ouners will have ritten them off with in three months of ounership , the same as the ouners of the RSV'4R,s have done all redy ,and the uther 1/4 of ouners havent smashed them up yet becose they are now BBQ bikes ,becose they are **** sckaird of rideing them .

Isn't the full sport mode for slick tyres on track? Not surprised it's lethal.
For me I had a V4 before I bought me first Tuono. I like the engine characteristics of the V2 and don't want to go to the V4.
My Tuono with it's ~140BHP is more than fast enough for 99% of road riding, and the only time I ever want a bit more power is on race tracks, and even then with the upright riding position I don't really need it.
Some people will buy the new bike because of it's "Top Trumps" factor, more power etc. Not for me, I am happy to admit that I am finding really fast road riding less and less enjoyable, and feeling ever more mortal with the passing years. So buying "more" would be less for me.

That's a better rendition than Nob's or MCN's, Paulie... but it's still just an RSV4 with a Gen II fairing grafted on. We're fairly sure that the "new" Tuono has a fairing that is more reminiscent of the Gen I... that oughta make you happy lad! Piccies should be flooding in after Milan.
